Whether your style is elegant, formal, contemporary or casual, we'll take the work out of planning so that you can sit back and enjoy one of the most important days of your lives. We work within a variety of budgets— big and small— and have relationships with more than 50 vendors in the Portland and surrounding areas who share our desire for excellence.

Some of our Wedding Services Include

• Determining all wedding elements and setting a budget
• Designing the invitation, save the date, RSVP and wedding program to reflect the event theme
• Producing a detailed production schedule
• Choosing wedding and reception venues and negotiating contracts
• Securing vendors for entertainment/music, catering, décor, flowers, wedding cake, rentals, transportation/valet services, photography, videography, invitations, thank you notes and other services
• Providing out-of-town guests with accommodations and welcome packets
• Overseeing reception set up/clean up and coordinating reception elements, including cueing musicians, photographers, toasts, special dances and cake cutting
• Managing auxiliary events, which could include Sunday brunches, showers, bachelor/ette parties and bridesmaid luncheons
• Help with thank-you notes
